POSITION SUMMARY

After completing 24 hours of professional development training, E2E participants are placed at either a YMCA or non-YMCA work site for 300 hours. Participants typically perform administrative, light construction, or childcare duties. Schedule and duties to be determined by E2E staff and employment partner. Urban Services YMCA will remain the employer of record for the duration of the 300-hour placement.
