V/O Med Spa is Hiring a Guest Experience Specialist Near Dunwoody, GA
We are looking for highly motivated full-time front office receptionist to be a part of our growing Atlanta Med Spa Business! As a luxury med spa in Dunwoody, we set the standard for innovative and advanced medical spa treatments/services. Our front desk coordinator is at the heart of our office and should have the ability to elevate our client's experience. They must have an outgoing personality as well as exceptional customer service, multitasking and communication skills. This candidate must be passionate about the cosmetic and wellness industry, a people person, critical thinker, friendly, social media savvy, and have an overall team approach attitude. Being an energetic team member that is detail oriented, having a strong work ethic, and willing to grow is a MUST. The Med Spa Front Desk Receptionist's responsibilities include the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
