V/O Med Spa is an age-defying, beauty and wellness spa that provides unparalleled and innovative services for both men and women who want to retain that timeless look and feel without engaging in invasive procedures. We offer all the traditional services one might expect from a boutique med spa, but also the latest cutting-edge technologies and therapies offered in the wellness and aesthetics industry.

We are looking for a Spa Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and sales performance of V/O Med Spa. The Spa Manager is responsible for developing an inspiring team, a positive and execution-oriented work environment, meeting all financial objectives for the spa, meeting monthly spa revenue projections as it relates to retail product sales, service and treatment sales, and ensuring that expenses are maintained within the budget provided.

Primary functions include, but are not limited to:

· Spa leadership and cultural development

· Providing outstanding guest service and satisfaction

· Revenue generation and enhancement

· Staff management and training

· Payroll and inventory management

· Financial management

· Special events programming

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 1 year prior people management experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery office, or boutique retail;

· 1 year prior experience in business development and sales;

· Proven track record of growing sales, tracking KPIs, and succeeding in a fast-moving environment;

· Flexible schedule and ability to travel to multiple locations and/or events as needed;

· Possess a thorough knowledge of spa services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Hire, train, manage, lead, schedule, and develop spa staff;

· Ensure spa revenue and overall performance objectives are achieved as projected;

· Oversee and report Key Performance Indicator(s) and make improvements as needed to achieve goals and expectations set forth;

· Consult with guests regarding products and services;

· Conduct daily, weekly and monthly team meetings;

· Develop local events and create a network of contacts in order to schedule spa and wellness events to develop spa local awareness;

· Ensure regulatory compliance for all spa services offered;

· Cultivate local business relationships and identify areas of sales and partnership opportunities;

· Identify, coordinate, and represent V/O Med Spa at local wellness/spa events;

· Implement standard operating policies and procedures designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
