About you
You must be friendly, highly motivated, and able to communicate effectively with our valued customers. You must also be physically fit and able to lift substantial weight. Added bonus if you have experience driving a small truck and moving furniture/heavy items.

You like working in the field and from the truck all day; this is NOT an office position (although there are some basic administrative responsibilities).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete all jobs according to company standards, practices and mission statement
Safely load, transport, and unload customer items in accordance with state and local laws
Assist in training new hires as part of a team
Assist Operations Manager / Franchise Owner with marketing initiatives
Assist Operations Manager / Franchise Owner in all aspects of the operation
Attend all mandatory training, meeting & events
Help maintain trucks and equipment
Be diligent about safety and promote a safety culture at the The Junkluggers
Embrace continuous improvement & implement new practices when asked
Support recruiting of new team members and promote company values
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift and carry 50-100 pounds throughout the day
Any Sales/Customer Service Experience a big PLUS!
KEYS TO SUCCESS: EFFICIENCY, FLEXIBILITY, RELIABILITY

VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS AN OBVIOUS MUST!
5-6 years driving experience
CDL Not Required
Clean driving record
SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday plus some Saturdays. Must be flexible with your schedule...hours will vary from week-to-week, especially seasonally.
Daytime shifts
On call
Occasional overtime
Weekend availability
Somewhat flexible scheduling
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Starting base pay is $12/$17 an hour plus tips and incentive bonuses. After 3 months of basic training and good standing within the company, you'll be eligible for a bump in your hourly pay and your tips should be increasing. Total compensation, after all factors, then ranges from $20 - $25 an hour with significant room for growth.
