The Boar's Head is accepting applications for an Engineer I. As an Engineer I, you will be a member of the Boar's Head maintenance team. You will handle maintenance calls during scheduled shift and complete preventive maintenance tasks as assigned. Maintenance calls can include toilet problems, stopped-up sinks, minor electrical problems, lock problems, air-conditioning complaints, heating problems, guest room safe problems and other maintenance requests. Engineering is expected to respond to all maintenance requests with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition. Preventive maintenance tasks will be assigned daily. Support the Emergency Response Team to handle emergencies around the resort.
Qualified applicants will have prior maintenance experience, preferrably in a hotel setting, and the ability to work weekends consistently and holidays as needed. Must have a valid Virginia driver's license.
