We are currently seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Supervisor to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing our Huntington Beach location team while also focusing on automotive solution sales and customer service.

Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Team Lead, you'll be responsible for driving sales, assisting customers with their tinting needs, and leading a team of dedicated installers. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for customer satisfaction will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Huntington Beach team and push auto sales to ensure targets are met.
• Manage all leads coming through our CRM and schedule based on install capacity and 
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries, handling complaints, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Motivate and communicate with the install team to achieve optimal performance.
• Ensure a smooth sales process by coordinating with other departments as necessary.
• Keep up to date with the latest automotive tinting solutions and trends.

Who we are looking for:

• Organized, good attitude, with excellent time management skills
• Consistent communication with Management and ability to follow directions
• Brand advocate who brings passion, energy, drive & positivity into customer interactions and is comfortable working on their feet
• Professional who takes attendance and integrity seriously, is reliable, task-focused & does the right thing
• Someone with strong customer service and prior sales experience
• Strong multitasking, organizational and communication skills

• Previous sales and supervisory experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet business objectives.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of automotive tinting is a plus.
