Reports To: Food & Beverage Director, Club Service Manager, & Director of Events.

Essential Functions: Sets and cleans New Clubhouse dining room, Magnolia Room, Cabana Room, & Outdoor Poolside Bar tables before, during, and after meal service. Assists waitstaff in delivering members/guests' meals.

Working Hours: 10 am to 4 pm, weekends & holidays a must

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Removes soiled dishes from the table; brings them to the dishwashing area
2. Removes soiled linens and replaces them with clean linens
3. Sets table with silverware, glassware, and clean linen
4. Pour water and/or coffee for guests and keep it full throughout meal service
5. Cleans the floor in the New Clubhouse dining room, Magnolia Room, Cabana Room, & Outdoor Poolside Bar.
6. Stock's server's station with supplies during shift
7. Keeps ice bins and buckets filled throughout the Club
8. Move tables and chairs as directed by the supervisor
9. Assists servers in their tasks
10. All other duties assigned by management
11. Must be willing to work with co-workers as a team
12. Must be able to work rapidly during rush periods and follow requests of supervisors without questions
13. Ability to communicate and understand the directions of supervisor
14. Must comply with rules and regulations as stated in the employee handbook
15. Must be willing to adhere to policies/procedures of the Club's ongoing safety program
16. Requires both indoor and outdoor work
17. Exposure to various chemicals, fumes, noise, and bright sunlight

Must present a neat appearance, possess a pleasant personality, and wear the required uniform and shoes for the position. Must possess good communication skills and the ability to understand directions. Required to stand (1-8 hr periods), climb stairs, stoop, bend, lift at least 50 lbs., and reach overhead and push & pull. Must possess good judgment and decision-making abilities. Must be experienced and/or familiar with the proper methods of etiquette and food & beverage service and presentation.
