Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Repair or replace damaged components or systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
