Newport Pacific Capital, a recognized leader in manufactured housing, RV resort, and apartment community management is hiring a part-time Maintenance Technician for a manufactured home community in Guatay, CA.
Under the supervision of the Community Manager, the Maintenance Technician performs a variety of general maintenance tasks.
Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills and proficient knowledge of:
- Well water testing.
- Building and facility maintenance.
- Plumbing and electrical systems.
- Submeter utility systems and meter reading (gas, electric and water).
- Groundskeeping and landscape.
- General carpentry.
- Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside of normal business hours.
- 1 year of general maintenance experience.
- $18 per hour (20 hours per week).
