MORE THAN WORDS seeks a creative, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Youth Development Coordinator to support Youth Development Programing at our Boston location. This position provides a hands-on, paid opportunity to lead programming and training while working with Young Adults to hit outcomes in Education, Employment and Self Efficacy. The Youth Development Coordinator will support oversight aspects of Young Adult Programing including workshops, trainings, youth development shifts and onboarding.
