```Duties```
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or department
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Experience working in a dental or medical office is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Knowledge of dental or medical terminology is a plus
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is preferred
- Experience in event planning is an asset
