Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival

- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements

- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

- Assist with food preparation and delivery as needed

Experience:

- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures

- Familiarity with Infrasys POS or similar restaurant management software

- Basic culinary skills for food preparation tasks

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Previous experience as a host/host or in the restaurant industry is preferred

- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
