The Hyatt Place in El Segundo is currently seeking a flexible, outgoing, Overnight Front Office Supervisor.

Overnight Front Office Supervisor duties include but not limited to:

• Check in guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
• Ensures guest is assigned type of room reserved and credit/method of payment is established at the time of check-in.
• Takes incoming calls and makes on-site rooms reservations when needed.
• Check-in and check-out guests, preparing and reviewing bill to guest satisfaction.
• Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
• Warm and friendly interaction with guests, in person and by phone.
• Participate in the Manager on Duty program.
• Running night audit and overnight reports.
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.

Requirements:

• This is an overnight position. Flexible schedule is must. (work weekends/holidays/overnights)
• Positive can do attitude.
• Service/restaurant/hotel experience a plus.
• 1 year experienced preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
