We are seeking for a Sales Associate/ Beauty Consultant. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our Spa/Beauty Studio is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! This is a hands on position. YOU WILL BE DOING spa TREATMENTS (our primary customer base is women).

The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

• At least 18 years old.
• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Perform Beauty treatments/services
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of our treatments
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Be a Team player
• Perform various other duties as assigned
• Be available for on-call shifts as needed.
• Be flexible with work schedule
• Be willing/able to obtain a Necessary Certifications to perform the job (tuition will be reimbursed after 90 days of employment.)

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs (will train) and Square POS & Appointments (will train).
• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on each guest
• Host tours of our Beauty studio to prospective customers.
• Sell services (and memberships)

Pay: $8.00 - $11.00 per hour
