Currently seeking to fill Sun-Mon, Fri 6am-2pm, Sat-Sun 2pm-10pm or 2p-5p, and Tues 10p-6am
Inclusion Services, you will provide daily direct supervision of children and/or adults with developmental disabilities on a 1-on-1 care in their own homes, helping them keep their independence and improving their quality of life.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid CA Driver's License
- Clean Driving Record
- Vehicle Insurance
- CA Vehicle Registration
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, run, stoop, and other physical movements
- Driving to various work sites
Job Duties:
Duties of a personal attendant include but not limited to the following:
- Must be willing to deal and work with individuals with intense and challenging behaviors
- Supervising
- Scheduling of Medical Appointments
- Assisting with Meal Preparation
- Money Management
- Shopping for groceries or other personal Items
- Feeding
- Dressing a child or person who needs assistance due to advanced age, physical disability, or mental deficiency.
- Monitors services and individuals' progress in relation to establishing goals and objectives per individuals plans.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general regulations.
- Able to speak English and any language based on individual needs.
- Ability to use independent judgment during services and emergencies.
- Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment
