JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service Representative:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving customer service issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Help build relationships with new and existing customer base
  • Work with dispatcher and sales lead to book leads
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Work with team to fill defcon board on a daily/weekly basis
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties:

Work with the team: You stay in contact with your supervisor and your team to make sure the work orders are completed efficiently – everyone pitches in because it’s ultimately about serving the customer.

Develop your expertise: As a customer service expert you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and promote our company and its products and services. This role plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness and building long lasting relationships

Job Requirements:

You love to learn: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn more because you know that it serves everyone – from the customer to the team to yourself. You’re even willing to be cross-trained in other areas.

You’re a tech-savvy people-person: You love the puzzle and adventure of understanding and completing the technical challenges you’re posed with every day. At the same time, you’re comfortable talking to a client professionally.

You’re ready to work: must research, stay ahead of, and to a degree… predict daily and weekly trends. The ideal candidate will be able to easily adapt to industry and client changes in order to prove success for the campaign.

You’re a professional:  leading projects from ideation through to completion, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
