Hephzibah Children's Association is Hiring a Part Time: After-School Youth Development Specialist Near Oak Park, IL
The Day Care Program is accepting applications for the 2023-24 school year for nurturing individuals to provide care and supervision of 5-11-year-old children in the After-School Day Care program on site at Oak Park public schools.
The days and hours are Monday-Friday 2:30-6:00 pm with an early start on Wednesdays. May work additional hours on school holidays, and to attend meetings.
Duties include planning and supervising arts and crafts, indoor & outdoor play, games, sports, snack time, homework help and more.
The program starts in mid-August for the 2023-24 school year.
Requirements include:
- Minimum of 6 semester hours in education, recreation, social work, or related college courses desired
- Experience working with children
