This is a part time position. Friday and Saturday Nights from 11pm-7am. May be able to pick up more shifts during the week when needed.

• Performs the duties and responsibilities of a Guest Service Representative during the Night Audit shift.
• Audit and balance all Hotel cashier's reports including Lounge and Banquets and balances the daily deposit log to the Opera account.
• Audit and balance all department accounts in Opera to the back-up provided (i.e vouchers, credit cards, etc.)
• Process the daily Lounge and Banquet revenue reposts through MAITRE-D
• Prepares, audits and balance the Hotel's daily accounting and management reports.
• Prepares customer tracking reports and market segment reports.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of emergency safety and security procedures.
• Completes the Night Audit daily checklist.
• Assumes Manager on Duty responsibilities.
• Maintains procedures for security of monies, guest security and emergency procedures.
• Receives departmental elated guest complaints and ensures corrective action is taken.
• Manages employees in department and ensures department is staffed according to needs.
• Other duties as assigned by General Manager.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
