Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, professional Line Cook to join our team at The Bethel Resort and Suites. This is a Part Time position located in Bethel, Maine. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to upholding our high standards of guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service.
Work Performed
As part of the back of house team, the Line Cook is responsible for helping the Executive Chef and other kitchen team members plan, prepare and produce all food items. Must be able to carry out the production of all dishes according to the prescribed recipes and specifications and ensure that the portion size and quality of the dishes are in line with the hotel’s standards.
