Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a hotel setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Manage reservations and cancellations effectively
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts with attention to detail
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest service delivery

Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of phone systems and front desk software applications
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Bilingual proficiency in languages such as Spanish or French is advantageous
