Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your friendly and attentive demeanor, along with your knowledge of our menu offerings, will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the Aloha POS system accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately, handling cash transactions with integrity
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to maintain health code standards

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food industry
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill processing
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items to assist guests with their selections
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest services
- Cash handling experience is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $3.63 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
