• We are seeking a dedicated long-term nanny to care for our two girls, aged 3 and 14 months. The position entails Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, with additional and optional hours available on Saturdays or Sundays about every other month (4-5 months per year). We hope to have a nanny join our family as soon as possible and commit to providing nurturing and supportive care to our children. We envision our nanny becoming an integral part of our family and positively influencing the lives of our children. Nanny Duties and Responsibilities: ~Personal care for the girls (potty, changing diapers and etc.) ~Following daily semi-structured routine ~Ensuring safety of toddlers at all time with direct supervision ~Open, transparent and daily communication with parents ~Preparing meals and snacks for the children ~Planning and facilitating developmentally appropriate activities ~Light housekeeping duties related to the children's play spaces Requirements: ~Child First aid and CPR certification ~Experience with toddlers ~Engaging and nurturing demeanor ~Experience with developmental milestones (background in Montessori is ideal!) ~Ability to maintain consistency with children's schedules and routines ~Non-smoker ~Montessori is preferred but not required We are a caring family dedicated to creating a safe and enjoyable work environment for our nanny.
