We are looking for a PT to do in home visits in the Pueblo area! We services adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis. One year prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist is preferred. As a home care Physical Therapist, you will be an integral member of the team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
This position will also travel to La Junta and Canon City areas, and a company car will be provided. Candidate will be required to pass the requirements to be eligible to drive a company car.
