We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an office position with a focus on customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their journey with us. As an office position with a customer service focus, you will be responsible for interacting with clients over the phone, via email, and in person. You will play a key role in managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of our services through regular communication with our team. Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate, helpful information
Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients, ensuring efficient and effective use of time
Maintain client records and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
Assist with billing and invoicing processes, including verifying insurance information
Collaborate with the staff to ensure seamless and coordinated care for our clients
Support the development of office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
Requirements
Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
