The Temp Connection is Hiring a Box Office Manager Part Time Near Tucson, AZ
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service to all patrons
- A working knowledge of performances, policies, and services
- Handle special requests from the Administrative staff in a timely manner
- Additional duties as assigned by the Managing Directors
- Ability to handle financial transactions and make change
- Previous experience required
- Excellent customer service, communication skills in person and phone etiquette with an energetic and positive communication style
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with little or no supervision
- Computer literacy is a must, including experience with email, internet, square, and Microsoft Office.
- Audienceview Professional Ticketing Platform knowledge preferred
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner; this is a client facing position
Pay Rate: $17.50- $20/hr based on experience.
