Crest View Senior Communities is a faith-based not for profit organization looking for positive and compassionate Social Services Assistant to serve older adults in our 106-bed skilled nursing community in Columbia Heights. This position is part time at 15-20 hours a week.
Duties include:

• Preparing paperwork for admissions and discharges including setting up of services.
• Scheduling care conferences
• Communication with residents and resident contacts
• Computer and medical terminology knowledge desirable.
