Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant supports a variety of marketing efforts on behalf of ABA Connect. This role assists the Marketing Specialist by creating outreach materials and distributing marketing materials to providers within an assigned region. The Marketing Assistant may attend conferences, fairs, and provider meetings, as assigned. This role works to increase company visibility across an assigned service region.

This employee will be reviewed annually by a direct supervisor as defined by ABA Connect’s organizational chart.

Essential Job Functions:

• Distributes ABA Connect marketing materials to providers in the assigned region
• Initiates (in-person, call, or email) relationships with providers, as assigned
• Demonstrates professionalism and completes assigned duties in accordance with established processes and protocols; maintains positive relationships with providers in the community
• Assists the Marketing Specialist with the creation of outreach materials
• Tracks inventory of supplies and outreach materials; notifying Marketing Specialist of materials to procure
• Assists Marketing Specialist by recording status of community outreach touchpoints for regular review
• Accurately relays provider information to Marketing Specialist for CRM updates
• Assists Marketing Specialist with data entry, as assigned

Additional Duties:

• Works from community during standard business hours (<15-20 hrs./week) (travel required for at least 75% of hours)
• Answers all email, voicemail, and inquiries within one (1) business day
• Attends required meetings, as assigned
• Other duties and projects, as assigned

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to regularly assume a variety of repetitive postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, standing, etc.)
• Must be able to frequently stand for sustained periods of time
• Must be able to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
• Must have manual dexterity sufficient to regularly perform various keyboard functions
• Must be able to regularly give and receive detailed information through oral communication
• Must have visual acuity including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to frequently sit at a computer terminal for extended periods of time
• Must be able to regularly travel to and from different in the areas served by ABA Connect
• Must be physically present at the assigned job location

Qualifications:

Required license or certification:

• High School diploma or some college (preferred)
• Reliable vehicle; valid, current driver’s license & current car insurance on vehicle
• Previous experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
