As a Caregiver On-Demand , you'll have the opportunity to work as much or as little as you'd like by receiving caregiving shifts that match your abilities skills and preferences via our mobile app. There's no obligation to accept shifts, and you'll have the opportunity to review the client address and care plan prior to confirming. High-demand shifts are offered at a premium, so you'll have the opportunity to earn more if you choose to accept. And if you need money before payday you can have next-day access to a portion of your earnings through a convenient app. This is a great way to supplement your current income or have a safety net to fall back on. And if you really hit it off with a particular client and would like to make it a more regular thing, just ask and if the assignment is available it's yours!

Who We Look For: First and foremost, we're looking for trustworthy individuals who care about helping others. It's best if you have caregiving experience and/or formal training assisting with activities of daily living. If you don't, you can go ahead and apply and we'll either match you with clients who only need companionship or connect you with free training opportunities so you can get the skills and experience you need to succeed!
Job responsibilities include:

• Companionship, light housekeeping, and/or meal preparation services
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADL)
• Assistance with instrumental activities of daily living (IADL)
• Medication reminders
• Driving to clients to provide in-home care

Requirements Include:

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Experience as a caregiver, certified nursing assistant (CNA), home health aide (HHA), personal care attendant, social worker, nurse (RN or LPN), or a similar field is preferred but not required; formal training and support is provided
