What is the opportunity?
Fountain X is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and energetic Front Desk Fitness Attendant! Must have proven experience in retail sales (fitness industry preferred) and understand how to maximize every opportunity to drive daily sales and grow member communities.
What will you do?
This position is an integral part of Fountain X. The Front Desk Fitness Attendant will be tasked with delivering unique, personalized service, in ways that inspire, reflect trust and credibility to our clients, and ensure membership success and loyalty.
Provide exceptional service for all our members and guests.
Always go the extra mile in solving member issues, including billing, and session issues.
Be early in arriving for all scheduled shifts and meetings.
Ensure that members and guests have a great experience every time they are at the studio.
Sales
Generate, nurture, and enroll new prospects.
Manage sales leads professionally with proper follow up, and communication skills.
Develop community relationships with local business managers and owners.
Manage social media studio platform with daily posts and engaging information.
Must-Have’s:
Strategic Planning and Ability to Execute Plan.
The ability to communicate with local business partners and prospective members.

The ability to multitask in a professional manner.
