Opening for an experienced: Maintenance Technician
Bring your tools and experience to join our team in the Kalispell area.
We require a background as part of the employment opportunity.
Experience in residential property maintenance preferred.
Have experience working with minor plumbing and electrical repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and will be accomplishing interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, some janitorial work.
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Be efficient and able to interact with residents and staff.
Maintenance Technician
Starting wage: $18 DOE
10-25 Hours per week
