Visiting Ancillary Services is Hiring a Dental Office Biller - Part Time Near Thornton, CO
Our mission here at Visiting Ancillary Services is to be the premier provider of ancillary services to the long-term care industry and to provide the highest quality low-cost services to our neighborhood clinics.
Visiting Ancillary Services was founded in April 2010, as a 501(c) 3 Non-Profit Charity, and we provide full-service programs to over 120 facilities. We deliver the finest outreach programs to residents, and we believe each resident should leave us with a smile and a happy demeanor.
Job Summary: The ideal candidate must possess critical thinking skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and be very detailed oriented.
Major Duties & Responsibilities: Billing
- Obtaining pre-authorizations as required.
- Ensures accurate billing, timely submission of electronic and/or paper claims.
- Monitors claim status, researches rejection and denials.
- Makes sure that all notes, payments are in the correct account.
- Follow up on delinquent claims and past due invoices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience with Denticon is a plus.
