Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your primary responsibilities will include performing night audit procedures, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures, including balancing and closing daily financial transactions
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during late-night hours
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices and procedures
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
