POSITION TITLE: Retail Staff 

REPORTS TO: Retail Manager

DEPARTMENT: Retail - Teton Village Sports

CLASSIFICATION: Seasonal PT

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

Functions of Role: 

Provide exceptional service to all Jackson Hole Mountain Resort customers

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop successful sales techniques.
• Work with supervisor to maintain store presentation standards.
• Conscientious inventory control.
• Merchandise new product, restock current merchandise.
• Handle customer returns, vendor warranties, and damaged merchandise.

Are you the right fit? Below are some traits an exemplary candidate possesses. 

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the outdoor industry
• Basic knowledge of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort a plus, but not required
• Cash handling skills
• Retail experience preferred.
