General Summary:

The Executive Driver will be responsible for transporting Executive level employees and guests to and from designated locations on an as-needed basis. The Executive Driver will also be responsible for loading and unloading luggage and other personal items for each person being transported. The Executive Driver will ensure each trip is safe and pleasant. The driver must adhere to all traffic laws and obey speed limits, lights/signals, and rules of the road.

• Ability to maintain required levels of confidentiality when entrusted with sensitive business and employee related information.
• Requires a high level of physical and mental stamina.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective and professional communicator.
• Able to maintain calm and maintain a pleasant demeanor in difficult situations.

Mandatory Hiring Requirements:

References, Background Check, Drug Screen Testing, Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities: 

• Greets and transports Executive level employees and guests.
• Load and unload luggage and or/ personal items.
• Practices safe driving at all times.
• Provide a personal, considerate atmosphere for all passengers while maintaining discretion.
• Schedules and ensures vehicle maintenance is completed.
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicle.

Position Requirements:

• License: Valid state driver's license as required by job conditions or by the company with a clean MVR.
• Certification: None required.
• Education: High School Graduate or GED.
• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of professional driving experience required.

Working Conditions:

• Job requires working in all-weather elements; heat, cold, rain, or snow, depending on job location and time of year.

• Night shifts, weekends, and out-of-town work may be required.
• Travel required.

Required Physical/Mental Functions:

• Comprehend and practice safe work procedures.
• Operate vehicle with automatic transmission.
• Read and interpret maps, instructional manuals, and written instructions.
• Must hear and see well (either natural or with correction).
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull and reach overhead.
• Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds on an occasional basis, move up to 15–50 pounds on a frequent basis and move up to 10 pounds on a constant basis.

• Tolerant to prolonged sitting, standing and movement on foot.
• Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers
