Brighton Center is Hiring a Home Visitor (PT) Near Florence, KY
HIPPY Home Visitor
Part-Time, Non-Exempt.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with Parents inside their homes.
- Provide parents with tools and information to be their child's first teacher.
- Provide bundled and integrated services.
- Understand outcomes and ability to meet/exceed program measures.
- Work with families in Boone County.
Job Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma or GED.
- Experience working with children is required.
- Knowledge of Case Management, data entry, reporting, and goal setting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Customer Service and Organizational skills.
- Valid Driver's License, insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Strong commitment to cultural competency and a deep understanding of the value of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Ability to speak a second language a plus.
