Overview:

Physician Premiere Weight and Wellness Center in Ashburn, VA is searching for a Marketing Specialist to join our team, to develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies to support the practice. This is a Part-Time position working three days a week (20-25 hours).

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of promotions and events to increase patient engagement.
• Assist in planning and execution of the practice’s social media campaigns throughout the year to increase brand awareness, including content creation, , effective data tracking, tracking leads and social media reporting.
• Promote and publicize new office locations, informing current patients, other medical groups, and community.
• Participate in the ideation, planning and execution of annual customer appreciation events and promotions.
• Communicate consistently and effectively with patients and employees to educate them on marketing programs, obtain their participation, and assist them with questions, concerns, or issues.
• Develop quarterly marketing plans.
• Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials including but not limited to social media graphics, banners, brochures, and advertisements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing communications, administrative support or property management required with social media and event management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Knowledge of basic web design, graphic design, and desktop publishing programs preferred. (Word Press, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Creativity and ability to initiate ideas and develop programs.
• Go-getter attitude. Not all ideas are great ones, but you never know unless you’re willing to share with the team and take a shot.
