Statement of Purpose
Maintains and cares for hospital grounds/other properties and performs general maintenance duties
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for all North Country Health Systems grounds, landscaping around buildings and seasonal maintenance. This includes cutting grass, seeding, raking, trimming, pruning, etc.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions; must be able to work independently without direct supervision. One year machinery and equipment operation/maintenance experience required. Three to five years’ experience in commercial or residential landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred.
