  • Facilitate ongoing professional development of project staff who are engaged in reflective practices in their various roles.
  • Supervise a small number of project staff in a People Manager administrative role. Work with project staff to integrate and uplift equity principles and WestEd’s Equity Framework.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in mental health or related field with clinical licensure.

  • Ability to work independently and function as part of a dynamic and passionate team.
  • Ability to conduct research to analyze and synthesize information pertinent to specific subject matter.
  • Ability to understand the concepts of institutional and structural racism and bias and their impact on underserved and underrepresented communities.
