**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Responsible for participating in the building and training of pharmacy department applications associated with, but not limited to the Clinical Information System (CIS), Computerized Provider Order Entry functions, clinical documentation, and medication management. Provide RPh oversight to the Associate CIS Applications.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.

Must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of Pennsylvania.
