Job Title: Program Coordinator (Parttime)
Duration: 9 months
Hybrid: Portland, OR
Payrate: $32/Hr.
Work Hours: 8am - 5 pm PST with flexibility; 20 hrs./wk. with potential for more, onsite twice weekly; Local candidates only.

Job Description:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of a fleet electrification project, serving as the main point of contact for customers and ensuring the efficient use of company resources. This role involves compiling project status reports, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and resolving technical issues. The coordinator collaborates with external customers and internal departments, relying on experience and judgment to achieve project goals. Reporting to the Manager of Transportation Electrification Business Programs, the Coordinator operates independently but also receives guidance from others.
Job Expectations:
The Program Coordinator will serve as the primary customer contact and coordinator for a fleet electrification project. This role involves coordinating all projects with customers, ensuring efficient utilization of company resources, compiling project status reports, managing project schedules, organizing project meetings, and resolving technical issues. The coordinator will collaborate with both external customers and internal cross-functional departments to ensure project success.

Team Overview:
The TE Team consists of approximately 14 individuals dedicated to achieving the goals and outcomes of Transportation Electrification Plan(s). This involves planning, managing, and supporting the TE Load coming to the grid, as well as developing, launching, and implementing TE Programs for residential and commercial customers electrifying their vehicles.
This role will have significant interaction with the hiring manager and existing program coordinators.
Education: Bachelor's degree or 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience.
