Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator

About the Role:

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition team by providing exceptional candidate experience and ensuring the smooth operation of our recruiting processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for job applicants, providing a warm and professional candidate experience
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, facilitating video interviews, and managing communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
  • Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, such as preparing offer letters, conducting reference checks, and onboarding new hires

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, administrative support, or recruitment role
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ADP) is a plus
  • Familiarity with various online job boards and social media platforms for sourcing candidates
  • Ability to work 15-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and data entry
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Education

High School Diploma Required/Associates Degree preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

In an office environment, the individual must be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods of time. Individual must be able to verbally communicate with visitors, employees, and callers. Must be able to physically take messages, written or typed. Must also be able to perform repetitious movements such as typing, opening mail, folding papers, and stuff envelopes.
