Summary:
The Administrative Assistant (PRN) serves the Executive Assistant staff by completing assigned office duties. They communicate and collaborate with others regarding administrative matters and will work under the oversight of the Executive Assistants to carry through to completion specific work projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Tact and diplomacy in representing the hospital’s management to the public, hospital patients, and employees.
Ability to record and transcribe minutes.
Initiative to perform duties without close supervision.
Ability to manage confidential data.
Other duties as assigned.
Performs a variety of administrative support functions.
Other information:
A minimum of five years of related professional experience.
Two years of hospital-approved college work or a minimum of five years of hospital clerical supervision. Completion of a course of study in business administration and support services is preferred.
