On Demand / New Day Recovery LLC is Hiring a Facilities Technician Near NILES, OH
Janitor Floor Scrubber
The floor scrubber duties will revolve around working to enhance all around appeal of inside the building and individuals who work well in a team, as well as with limited supervision, are preferred. We are looking for a detail-oriented person who is dedicated to maintaining the beauty, organization and cleanliness of the building for the staff and visitors.
Keep floors in clean and orderly condition. Perform cleaning duties, such to clean the floors, some housekeeping and removing rubbish. Duties may also include, cleaning and dumping trash, assist maintenance with maintaining upkeep within and outside the building and to notify the supervisor of repairs needed.
Part time Hours: 5pm to 12am
Requirements include:
- Heavy duty cleaning with a walk behind scrubbing industrial-size machine
- Working with trash and waste receptacles
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Janitorial industry experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to be on your feet for the entire shift.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
