LADD Inc. is Hiring a Caregiver (PT) Near Cassopolis, MI
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to meet the physical and behavioral needs of the vulnerable people we support.
- Be able to perform all duties essential to the health, safety and well-being of the people we support.
- Be compassionate, caring and understanding
- Pass a Criminal background check Expungement Assistance (michigan.gov)
- Valid driver’s license preferred, possible options for those without a driver's license and working on getting a license
- Pass a Physical exam and TB test
- Must complete all required training. We provide paid on-the-job training necessary for this job, such as CPR/First Aid, Mandt, and much more
- Provide three-character references
- Be able to work any day of the week, including Saturday and Sunday
- Maintain confidentiality following all HIPPA and Hitech Security laws
- $15.50 per hour, including the direct care worker premium of $2.35
- No Layoffs, steady work
- Flex time benefit (paid time off), which includes an annual payout for unused time
- Staff Appreciation Gifts throughout the year
- Holiday pay on nine designated holidays
- The opportunity for Birthday pay after completion of one year of employment paid at the time of your Birthday.
