Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your primary duties will include guest relations, front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including balancing cash drawers and preparing daily reports
- Monitor and respond to phone calls using the hotel's phone system, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience throughout their stay
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest relations or front desk operations is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as required
