General Function

To serve as an expert generalist, guiding students into and throughout a successful college experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provides friendly, timely, and accurate customer service and information to students and staff.
2. Helps students navigate onboarding, registration, and other college processes.
3. Assesses students’ basic needs and interests and connects them with resources and services relevant to their needs.
4. Uses a guided pathways approach to help students create or clarify productive educational and career goals.
5. Utilizes a CRM tool to communicate and collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to ensure a streamlined process.
6. Assists with events online and at various campuses.
7. Provides general academic and student support through technology and on campuses.
8. Ensures that Welcome Centers are properly cleaned, organized, and adequately stocked.
9. Supports Full Time staff with various projects and assignments.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

High School diploma and 6 months experience in a college, customer service, or administrative working environment.
