Crew Members work all stations within Wow Bao including cashier, concierge, bao, rice, and expo.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : (Other duties will be assigned as needed) Must be willing and able to do the following:

• Interacts with all Guests while practicing C.A.R.E. Hospitality ( C ontact, A bove and B eyond, R espect, E nthusiasm).
• Upholds Wow Bao's 5 Operational Commitments.
• Promotes and fosters a culture of care and teamwork among co-workers.
• Takes accurate food and beverage orders.
• Prepares all food while following Wow Bao's Sacred Standards.
• Knows the menu thoroughly to guide Guests through the ordering process.
• Presents current promotional information to Guests and encourages their participation.
• Partners with other Crew Members, Shift Supervisors, and Managers to meet target goals during a shift.
• Practices restaurant cleanliness at all times.
• Ensures that supplies are well stocked.
• Maintains a fast speed of service.
• Takes orders from Guests and inputs their selections into the store's computer system.
• Accurately processes Guest payments.
• Accurately accounts for and balances all sales and receipts at the end of a shift.
• Follows recipes with great attention to detail.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Interacts with and communicates to teammates so everyone executes a successful shift.
• Sort and wash dirty dishes and properly store them once they are dry and clean.
• Removes garbage and keeping garbage area cleaned.
• Availability to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Other duties will be assigned as needed

Requirements:

• Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Treats all with respect and professionalism.

Physical Demands:

• Continuous standing and walking.
• Moving safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs and uneven or slick surfaces.
• Working in confined spaces of varying noise and temperature levels.
• Lifting and moving up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
