The breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up the breakfast area each morning, food preparation, refilling and restocking breakfast items, cleaning the kitchen during and after breakfast service, washing and putting away dishes used during the day, and maintaining the cleanliness of both the lobby and service areas.

Additional Essential Functions:

• Removes trash

• Upon completion of serving hours breaks down and thoroughly cleans service and common areas
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience in food handling/service
• Ability to multi-task
• Good organization and time management skills
• ServSafe Certification preferred
• Recognizes, reports, and corrects conditions which may create security and safety hazards

Physical and Environmental Conditions:

• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and be able to bend at the waist and stretch above the head
• This position works with and around several different chemicals during the course of the day
