We were excited to introduce our newest concept to the Washington, DC market this past February. Located in a historic 19th century townhouse, Parlour Victoria is a sophisticated tavern appointed with two levels of intimate dining spaces and lively cocktail bars. The seafood-driven menu features a raw bar offering the freshest selections available. The beverage offerings focus on classic and eclectic wines from around the world, hand-crafted cocktails and a vast selection of fine whiskeys.
We are now seeking Servers to include in our team of professionals that will join us in bringing our latest creation to full capacity. We are looking for individuals who share our passion for excellence in food, beverage, ambiance and hospitality. We take pride in every aspect of the experience we offer and we want our team members to be able to do the same.The RoleThe Server’s primary responsibility is to create an uncompromising dining experience throughout the guest’s visit. Our servers demonstrate genuine hospitality, work neatly and cleanly, and have the ability to multitask and work in a team environment. The Server answers questions about the menu, sells the restaurant's food and drinks, and communicates orders with the kitchen staff while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanorThe RequirementsAs a Server, we would love you to have:-1-2 years of experience in fine dining restaurants as a server-Convey information and ideas with clarity and genuine warmth and hospitality-Knowledge and passion for tableside service, wine, and craft cocktails are a plus-Able to perform in a team serving environment-Must have a working knowledge of Micros or any POS system-High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred-Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays-REQUIRED-Ability to stand during entire shift-Ability to lift 30 lbs
