We are seeking an experienced lifeguard for the 2024 summer season at a condominium community in Acton, MA. The individual must be reliable and personable when interacting with residents and able to enforce facility rules as a main component of the job.

We are looking for skilled lifeguards who would like to work at a highly regarded residential, family-orientated community. It is a beautiful, wooded location that offers a large swimming pool along with a shallow kiddie pool.

The Pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and full and part-time shifts are available during these hours. Salary is based on experience. We offer either a day or night shift, which includes holidays and weekends.

All Lifeguards must be Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aid certified, and be at least 16 years old. Additional pay incentives for those who work through Labor Day. Uniforms and whistle are provided. Not Certified? No problem! We will cover up to $300 for the cost of lifeguard and first aid certification programs for qualified candidates who work for us in the summer of 2024.
